As a professional photographer I am a member of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers (SWPP). Recently I put forward a submission for the Licentiateship qualification and I am pleased to share that I have achieved and been awarded the title LSWPP. Having submitted a panel of 20 portrait images five independent adjudicators recognised that my work is of a very high standard.

What does it actually mean for you, my customer?

The answer is, quality, professionalism and a commitment to the images.

Whilst there are several portrait photographers in Thame, Oxfordshire, not all are full time professionals like myself.

There are 41 photographers in Oxfordshire registered with the SWPP of which only 4 of us are based in Thame. Of those 4, I am the only one who has achieved LSWPP recognition, therefore making this achievement all the more unique.

The SWPP describes that a Photographer who has achieved this award shows a high level of dedication, understanding and ability in their craft. They are recognised as able to produce images of excellence.

I am delighted to have achieved this status, and recognition, for my dedication and hard work. I am aware it doesn’t end here, there is still a lot of learning, a lot of teaching and a lot of fun to be had along the way.

When you book yourself a portrait experience with me, you will know that you are guaranteed a high quality, dedicated professional, capturing stunning images that will be the most personal piece of artwork you will ever own.

I look forward to meeting you.
