Mark is a specialist pet portrait photographer with a reputation for creating stunningly beautiful portraits. Mark’s images have been described as a creation of classic and modern styles of artwork that you’ll want to show off to friends and family, all while capturing your dogs personality.

Regardless of whether your beloved furry friend has an unusual pose, a favorite toy or, you see them with a serious demeanour, you can bet that what awaits you at Mark’s studio will be nothing short of perfect!

Mark has been creating breathtaking pet portraits since 2010 and offers the perfect secure studio environment to ensure that every image looks its best. With a wealth of experience of working with dogs of all shapes, sizes and tempraments, Mark believes that all our pets are part of the family and that they deserve beautiful photos too.

Having outgrown his previous premises, in 2016 Mark converted a stunning old barn and launched a brand-new pet portrait studio nestled in the beautiful Oxfordshire village of Milton Common. With easy access to main A roads and the M40, the studio is accessible from all corners of the UK.

What Is Included?

Every pet portrait journey with Mark Hewitson Photography includes a pre-shoot telephone call to discuss your requirements as well as the portrait experience itself where we create your beautiful images. Also included is Mark’s time putting his magic and flair on your images and a bespoke cinematic style viewing experience, where we offer a range of hand finished presentation and framing styles for you to choose from, all of which will compliment your choice of artwork.

AWARDS

Mark is a winner of the prestigious ‘Small Business Sunday’ awards. The winners of these awards are hand-picked by Theo Paphitis, retail magnate and star of TV’s Dragon’s Den.

In early 2020, Mark applied for and achieved an Associateship with the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers. To achieve his ASWPP Mark had to submit 20 images from portrait sessions to a panel of independent judges who were looking for the highest levels of craftsmanship in photography. Mark has been a finalist in the Xperience Awards 2019, 2020 & 2021 achieving top 10 positions in this highly prestigious competition. To achieve a finalist position in the awards the image needs to show superb creativity as well as excellence in the technical aspects of image creation.

Mark was a finalist in the 2017 Southern Oxfordshire New Business Awards. These awards recognise businesses with talent and potential in the South Oxfordshire area.
