Waffle is a beautiful Cockapoo and a hearing dog. Her owner won their pet photography session through our Facebook competition!

We began the session discussing with Waffle’s owner Sarah what she had in mind and if there were any specific images that Sarah wanted to achieve. While we had a discussion, Waffle had a wander around to get used to her new surroundings and become even more comfortable before the photography session.

We created a variety of portraits capturing Waffle in her element using our colourful backgrounds, our favourite must be the pink background as it sets a beautiful focus on her calm, poised and innocent expressions.

Waffle came into our studio towards the end of 2022, and we had the pleasure of photographing the famous hearing dogs partnership of Sarah & Waffle.

As you’d expect from a Hearing Dog, with all the amazing training that goes on, Waffle was friendly, affectionate, alert and loved being around people.

Waffle was keen on the treats making it easy for us to capture smooth shots! The hardest part of any portrait shoot is having to narrow down the favourite images – Sarah loved the magical experience we created for Waffle, we are so proud to have been able to photograph such a wonderful dog.
