CoVid-19 Policy

We appreciate that Covid-19 had and continues to have a huge impact on the world.
As professional photographers working in our community it is essential for us to help to minimise the spread of any infection. Even though we have always operated a clean studio working policy we have introduced some new working protocols to meet government guidelines as well as common sense initiatives to protect us and you.

Like all small businesses we were hit hard by the pandemic and we are glad to be back at work, but we can only do that safely with your cooperation.

All portrait and viewing experiences are going ahead as planned.

We Have Made A Few Changes

Below are a few of the changes that we have made to our working practices. However, this list is by no means exhaustive.

It’s important that if you are not feeling 100%, please contact us to reschedule your session or viewing at your earliest opportunity. There will be no charge for rescheduling if you are not well.

We will be maintaining a 2m distance during our sessions. However, that doesn’t mean that we don’t love you.

We have placed hand sanitiser in appropriate places around the premises.
We will be sanitising our hands both before and after every session, as well as at any other times when necessary. We suggest you do too.

We work solely by appointment only. We kindly ask you to keep your appointment time so that we can avoid the crossover of people at the studio. This will also allow us time to clean between every client.

Our price list is digital and will be sent to you via email. This means you can view all our products on your phone, tablet or computer.

During this time we will be offering Contactless payments. We would prefer not to accept cash.

Our Covid Guarantee

In the event of Government Tier Restrictions or Lockdowns preventing us from going ahead with any part of your portrait or viewing experience, then we will happily reschedule to a mutually convenient time and date without penalty. Therefore, any booking you make with us is protected by this policy and will go ahead when we are able to do so.

Training On CoVid-19

Prior to becoming a photographer, Mark spent 12 years working as a Paramedic, where Infection Prevention and Control was a part of the daily routine.

To help ensure that his knowledge is up to date, Mark has recently undertaken additional training on both CoVid-19 and Infection Prevention and Control.
